Intern Immersion Day: Muslim American Profile & Demographics

Immersion Days are opportunities for team members to learn unique skills with direct bearing on post-graduation employment or opportunities, as well as personal development and increasing insights. These workshops are presented by CAIR-Chicago staff, their peers, or invited partner organizations.

Today, June 6, our Outreach and Government Affairs Director, Gerald Hankerson, presented on Muslim American Profile & Demographics. Interns were given a snapshot of demographics of the Muslim American community Particulary given insight on community perceptions and their own perceptions about life here.
