CAIR-Chicago Hosts In-Office Know Your Rights Immersion Day

Immersion Days are opportunities for team members to learn unique skills with direct bearing on post-graduation employment or opportunities, as well as personal development and increasing insights. These workshops are presented by CAIR-Chicago staff, their peers, or invited partner organizations.

July 10th, Litigation Director Phil Robertson lead an Immersion Day teaching our interns their rights when stopped by law enforcement. He covered possible scenarios, rights if detained, and how to interact with detainment officers.
