CAIR-Chicago Civil Rights Director Delivers Speech on Citizenship Delays

CAIR-Chicago Civil Rights Director Christina Abraham spoke to an audience of approximately 60 people regarding delays in the citizenship process and the options available to applicants facing delays. The event aimed to educate the local community about current immigration issues and changes in the law. The event was co-sponsored by the Mosque Foundation, the Illinois Coalition of Immigrant and Refugee Rights, and the Coalition of African, Asian, European, and Latino Immigrants of Illinois.
