CAIR-Chicago Files Employment Discrimination Complaint on Behalf of Muslim Man
CAIR-Chicago Staff Attorney Tricia Kemling filed a complaint on behalf of a man who experienced discrimination at his place of employment. The man was repeatedly told by a co-worker to “go back to his country” and was also called a “terrorist” by the same co-worker. Management failed to stop the harassment, and the man was later terminated. CAIR-Chicago will continue to represent the man in his employment discrimination case.
