CAIR-Chicago is a member of the Jewish-Muslim Community Building Initiative (JMCBI), a working group that focuses on grassroots collaboration between the Muslim and Jewish communities in the greater Chicago metropolitan area. What: Iftar in the Synagogue, hosted by the Jewish Council on Urban Affairs (JCUA)

5:45 – 6:00 pm: Foodless Reception 6:00 - 6:40 pm: Welcome and speakers on the significance of the holidays and this event. 6:45 pm: Jewish Prayer – Mincha 7:04 pm: Muslim Break of Fast & Prayer – Maghrib Salat ; Jewish Prayer – Ma’ariv 7:30 pm: Communal Dinner (Kosher) and Discussion 9:00 pm: Program concludes
