WFFT Fox Local: Muslim Officer Files Lawsuit Claiming Harassment

On Friday, March 24th WFFT Fox Local reported:

"A Muslim officer who was fired by the North Chicago police department last month is now suing the department for religious discrimination, claiming he was fired after complaining about being harassed himself.

'...I risked my life so that someone else could sleep better, and this is not right, this is not right what they did to me.'

Ramtin Sabet starting working for the North Chicago Police Department in 2007, and the Iranian-born devout Muslim officer said the harassment started a few years later."
