Specifically, our communities and many diverse American communities have deep concerns regarding our government’s support for blatant breaches of international human rights law and crimes against humanity by foreign state actors, rampant censorship at home, and the rise in Islamophobia and hate crimes. Our voices must be heard now more than ever to ensure our safety, uphold our sacred commitment to freedom of speech and put our American values and communities first.”

CAIR-Chicago’s mission is to defend civil rights, fight bigotry, and promote understanding.
