On Saturday, February 23, the Chicago chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-Chicago) will commemorate its work in championing civil rights and advocating on behalf of Muslim Americans with its fourth annual banquet, themed “American Muslims: Defining Ourselves.”
