The Chicago chapter of the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy group, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-Chicago), joins The Civil Liberties Coalition of Illinois (CLCI) in inviting Congresswoman Melissa Bean of the 8th district in educating her constituents about the US Patriot Act.

CAIR-Chicago’s Governmental Relations Coordinator Sadiya Ahmed, along with other members of the Civil Liberties Coalition of Illinois (CLCI), met with the District Director for Congresswoman Melissa Bean on Monday, January 9, 2006 at her district office in Schaumburg.
