William Asfour

Operations Coordinator

William Asfour is the Operations Coordinator at CAIR-Chicago. Originally from Gaza, William holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from DePaul University, with a concentration in Audit and Advisory Services. He brings experience in the government sector and has previously worked for a state representative, in addition to being an active community advocate.
His decision to join CAIR-Chicago was driven by a deep commitment to civil rights and a passion for empowering marginalized communities, particularly Palestinian and Muslim Americans. William combines a strong background in accounting and operations with a dedication to advancing justice, transparency, and institutional accountability. William can be reached at WAsfour@cair.com.
