For the last twenty years, hate crimes against Muslims have been on the rise. In 2016, they increased exponentially nationwide due in part to the Trump Administration's rhetoric.

In the past five years, we have seen Muslim women brutalized by police, Muslim children beat up at school, and Muslim families threatened by violence in their own homes.

CAIR-Chicago is one of the only lines of defense against hate crime victims. Our expert legal staff works pro-bono to ensure justice is served, in the court, on the legislative floor, and through groundbreaking media. But we can't do it without your help.
