REVISION 2020: Back to School? Back to Work? Jobs & Education in the COVID-19 Era

Co-sponsored by CAIR-Chicago and the Illinois Muslim Civic Coalition, this monthly program will explore how community members can come together to better make sense of two pandemics—COVID-19 and racism—and ensure the necessary works in social justice and civic engagement yield inclusion, solidarity, equity and progress for all.  Tonight’s event, “Back to School? Back to Work? Jobs & Education in the COVID-19 Era”, will pinpoint what’s at stake and what are possible solutions to protect our students and workers not only from coronavirus but ever more stark racial and social inequities exploited during this pandemic.
